Another newbie- looking to find others on site
I am a mid thirties mom who lost a lot of weight last year just to gain it all back in a matter of a few months. Stress is my weakness. And motivation for the right reasons- internal not external. What are yours?

Seeing my food addiction behaviors as a Spiritual battle was eye-opening for me. I rely heavily on my faith and relationship with God to give me the desire to make good choices for my health and well being.
