Relax
Take time off for workouts and just relax. Will make a difference when you get back to normal.

Let loose & have some fun!
The National Parks of the West are amazing. Or go to some exotic island just don't go on a cruise to get there, too much buffet temptation! :)

I enjoy working out on vacation, lots of cardio and lower
intensity lifting, water sports and sightseeing!

All inclusive
Take a nice relaxing week off at an all-inclusive in the Caribbean or Mexico or somewhere warm and tropical. All inclusive resorts can either be really nice, or not so nice, so do some good research! They are definitely worth it though!
Enjoy
