Anyone else Crossfit?
So, I am in the Army, and we deployed to Iraq in September. Our Platoon Sergeant Started us on Crossfit the day we got into country, so about 5 months ago....and holy crap!!! I have never used a workout plan before that yields these types of results. Admittedly, some of the exercises that they put up are a little impractical, but I have been augmenting my Fitclick workout with Crossfit. I will usually do the crossfit first, then (if I have anything left) will do the fitclick in the afternoon. Has anyone else tried it?

This is a bit like the training that our players have. They say that football is just an easy walk. However, you can't even imagine how much stamina these guys need. Can you find a company in such a team?

You are right on the one hand. But if you think about it, some footballers play so badly as if they never trained. How does it happen.
