Apple Cider Vinegar
Has anyone tried adding Apple Cider Vinegar to their daily routine? I have been reading that it has many possible health advantages. I was wondering if anyone here has a success story.

Not me
Before my mother-in-law passed away, she used it to help with her cholesterol. It worked for her. I know it has many health benefits, but I have never used it on a regular basics.

Apple cider its loaded with vitamin B and C, and its used for many things, weight loss, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, arthritis, high cholesterol levels and even to fight infections. But we need more evidence to rate apple cider for these benefits. It can be safe if you take it in food amounts and not for too long, nut because its natural it allows you to abuse on the dosis cause it can interact with insulin, water pills and digoxin, especially cause it can lower to potassium leves too much and that can be dangerous for your overall health.

I tried the Apple cider vinegar diet and it just ruined my health. Don't ever do that. To effectively lose weight you need to limit the consumption of fatty and sweet foods. I would also recommend taking natural cbd oil 2400 mg to improve your metabolism and strengthen your immune system. Despite losing weight you will feel cheerful and full of energy.
