Apple Cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar helps tummy troubles.
Sip some apple cider vinegar mixed with water. If a bacterial infection is at the root of your diarrhea, apple cider vinegar could help contain the problem. Apple cider vinegar contains pectin, which can help soothe intestinal spasms. Try mixing one or two tablespoons into water, or clear juice like apple juice.

RAW ACV is best/most beneficial
Not all apple cider vinegar is created equal or is as healthy for you. The best is bragg's brand RAW apple cider vinegar with "the mother". This is the big slimy thing that grows in the initial batch-it contains all the bacteria/nutrients and store bought generic types DO not have it. Look for brands that contain what is called "THE MOTHER" of the vinegar. It is vital.
