Atkins Advantage shakes
Anyone else out there drink the shakes? I have drank them for a while and have a lot of protein and calcium but lower calories than some so they have worked well, but lately they just are kinda gross. Has anyone else noticed a change in them? The vanilla and strawberry are my favorite but both have like clumps in them no matter how hard I shake them. Its hard to swallow. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this too.

Yuk
I haven't had one in a long time, but yes I found the clumps to be really gross. I think it just depends on the batch. If they strain the powder before adding it it is usually ok, but when they dump it in, it clumps. If you like the shakes and want to keep drinking them, I'd write to them and ask how to best remove the clumps of gooey powder. I'll bet they respond with an answer and either coupons or a free case.

Atkins Advantage Shakes
I have e been an Atkins dieter for years, and I finally decided to give these shakes a chance. I am reviewing the Chocolate Delight flavor, but I have tried all but the Vanilla. They are all delicious, with the Strawberry being my least favorite, and still very tasty.
