Beating the Heat
What's everyone doing to stay motivated in the heat this summer? It's been so hot that even getting out to walk the dog seems an incredible effort lately. I love the heat for rest and relaxation but it's not very motivating when it's time to get moving. I would love to hear how you are using the heat to your advantage in your outdoor exercise regime this summer.

A swim or walk near the water is always nice to help deal with the heat

Walking in the early mornings before it gets too hot. I started out just Sat & Sun for 30 mins, now up to 40. This week will be adding another day. I have and indoor bike that I will be dusting offf soon to get ready for winter. I also want to try bike riding outside.
