Workouts
I'm enjoying this site... I just stumbled on it as I searched for good work out routines after having just gotten back into working out. The dietary + workout effect tracker is GREAT!

The trouble that I'm having is that after I "save" a new workout plan... and try to delete, it is still there in my "My workout plans" list. If you click on it it will show the plan with a big red bubble at the top that says deleted. I'd like them to simply disappear all together - as I have created multiple plans while familiarizing myself with your system. Moreover, I would also like a feature that will allow me to create, tinker, and view more workouts (possibly save them for future use) without having to use the "switch workout" feature. This way I can plan and view multiple workouts and see which ones I would like most to use.

I also notice that with my FitClick generated plan (I figured that I would give your auto-create thing a shot) that at the end of my current week I have two back to back cardio days. I never do just cardio. I always prefer a good 6-day cardio AND strength workout for each day... with 1 rest day. I did select that when I created my current plan and it is still giving me just cardio days.

As I understand it, the future days will adapt based upon the completion of prior days (I just completed day 1 yesterday and have the rest still scheduled)... is the 2 day cardio workouts a result of having not completed the full week yet? Also, for how many weeks will this workout plan automatically continue?

Thanks!

You can use the custom book report option if you are unable to see any other option, or if you are unable to resolve your issue by reloading. This application is very good at its service, but sometimes it just gets stuck in its workings. Thanks a lot for sharing your views, and asking for help from us.
