Caffine Headache--any cures????
Trying to get off caffine and have been drinking green decaffinated tea...got to get rid of this headache but don't want to drink caffine to do it...what do I do,,,,, what do I do,,,,,,,

Do it slowly, eliminate a little at a time. How much caffine did you have daily? I have about a cup of coffee a day and two cups of green tea. Got rid of my diet soda addiction. The amount of caffine I have a day doesn't bother me, but it could you.
