Calories burned
My calories burned are not showing up on my progress report but the workout is showing on the workout sheet.

Can you help?

RE: Calories Burned
When logging into your account, your workout tracker showed that you clicked "save and update" but did not click "submit results." Please keep in mind that you must click the "submit results" button in order for your calories burned to be posted on your My Progress page. We went ahead and submitted your workout for you.

RE: Submit Results Button
The "Submit Results" button will appear to the left of the Tracker Calendar after you've clicked "save and update."

Submit Results Button
I really can't find the submit results button anywhere. I don't see it next to the calendar thing.
Is there a screen shot pointing to it online anywhere?

I must just be chronically overlooking it.

RE: kacycakes
Follow these steps to ensure that you are properly tracking your workouts:

1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "save and update."
5) To finish tracking your workout, click "Submit Results"

Please keep in mind that all previously assigned workouts must have their results entered before the system allows you to track results for current/future workouts. You can also you the "delete day" feature if you did not complete the assigned workout. When logging into your account, your workout calendar shows a months worth of untracked workouts dating from August. You must track those results, delete those assigned workouts, or enter a new start date in order to track workouts for the current date and on.
