Calories for maintenence
Hi. I'm fairly new here. My question is how do you adjust your calorie intake from weight loss to weight maintenence? I always have trouble with that.

I am a joyful Mom TOO!
but....not sure about how to adjust that.

I would say set your calories to abt 1800-2000 depending on your activity level.

I love this tool for getting perspective on how many calories.

It will tell you how many calories to eat to maintain your desired goal weight. If you eat that many calories now you will lose.

The right amount of calories depends on many factors, age, weight, physical activity and overall health.
