Can I Aviod A Plateau?
I hear alot about people hitting a plateau when their dieting. I'm half way through my weight loss journey and I haven't hit one. Is there a way for me to avoid it happening to me?

Keep running up that hill
You're going to reach a plateau if your doing the same old thing to lose weight. You have to take it up a notch everytime you start to feel like you're getting comfortable. Exercise should never feel like it was "easy" or you didn't even break a sweat. Just change your routine often, push one more inch when you think you can't push anymore. Do the impossible. I mean don't pass out or anything, but make every move count. Keep drinking water, watch your sodium, make sure you're getting enough rest and don't over train. I have a website with some awesome exercise routines if you are interested. http://fitnessguide365.com.

Time for a Change-Up
Change your exercise routine. Trade in the treadmill for the elliptical machine. Program the elliptical for a strength training program to give you more bang for the buck. Your increased metabolic rate will give you a new incentive to keep up the good work.
