Can't enter "Actual" numbers or submit results in workout
I've run across this problem a few times lately, so I figured I would ask about it.

There are times when I try to enter my workout results for cardio. It will allow me to enter my target results, but not my actual results. Instead, it has a dash mark in the "actual" column, and I cannot enter a number there. I click on "Save and Update", and it moves the numbers to the top, but there is no "Submit Results" option showing up. Some days, it works fine. Other days, it does not.

re:
Do you have unsubmitted workouts from past dates? If you have unsubmitted workouts from past dates the site will not allow you to enter actual results for the present. Go back to the earliest unsubmitted workout and submit them in order up until the present date and you should be able to submit your actual results for the current date. Please let me know if this does not help.

RE: submitting results
We have update the system so that the "submit results" button will appear on each day. If you have previously assigned workouts with unsubmitted results, the site will ask you how you will like to proceed after clicking the button.

Not able to enter results
I just signed up and may be doing something wrong but I'm selecting the workout activity that I did for the day but it won't let me enter calories or distance, nothing like that. I can save and even submit but it doesn't show calories burned or distance.

RE: StayJane
You must click in the Actual Time and Distance fields for cardio activities to enter the corresponding values for each field. Once you've done that, click "submit results" to have your calories burned calculated. If you simply leave your Actual Time and Distance as zero, the system will assume you did not complete the exercise.

RE: antucker89
When logging into your account, your Workout Tracker shows that you entered "0" for your Actual Time. You must enter the time you spent on your cardio exercise in order for your calories burned to be calculated. Once you've replaced the zeroes, please remember to click 'save and update."

hhmmmm
I see above some of the same problems I am having. I hiked today for 1.5 hours. I used the workout tracker and added hiking for today. I can't seem to figure out how to enter the time and/or distance and it is saying that I completed this workout but it doesn't calculate the calories burned. I can't click on any of the headlines like time and distance. Help
