Creating Custom Workout
FRUSTRATED with Workout Plan Tracker
I know I'm a newbie but I didn't think I was a DUFUS
I went into custom workout, answered all their questions.
It came up with a workout that I did a couple of SWAPS too and
Saved Edits.
Went on to do the workout and Submitted results. It did show up on current day for me.
Tried to SAVE as Plan, named, did category and it showed up with name, category, my name as creator BUT it was a totally different workout.
What am I doing wrong???????????

You are NOT a dufus!
I do not think that it is just you. The whole site is difficult and I am only able to use it to find out the calories, etc. of foods I want to eat. Nothing else works for me either.
In addition, everyone who uses this site writes 1 or two times and then you never hear from them again.

Custom Workout Blues
Thank you so much...it was really bugging me. I also am enjoying the nutrition breakdown for awareness on some of my recipes. I especially like when it shows me when I'm getting enough calcium in my diet so I can reduce taking pill supplements occasionally.
I resorted to just making a Excel document to make my own exercise log/tracking. I just use that This Tracker for seeing some variation/swap on exercises I get bored with or too dangerous for someone my age to do.
I guess you get what you pay for LOL although it has its pluses, I will keep my fingers looking for a site that works better.

Well this site says it is still in beta so there will a lot of issues. I also wanted to build my own custom work out plan and then it kind of set it up for me, unless i started switching things around which can kind of get annoying.
Also, i was hoping to find something new but i pretty much already do the same workouts that the site suggested.
However, i do like the diet plans that they suggest. I pretty much follow the same things but this time they have a lot more suggestions. So at least i did find some new things to eat when i start getting tired of my diet.
