Week Seven Totals
Net loss this week with 10 people checking in is 4.3 pounds. Still lots of people on Phase 3.

That makes the total so far 89 pounds.

Phase three
I've been doing phase three since around october 18th... I haven't gotten up to my 3 lb high yet, so far the highest weight I have seen on the scale is .5 above my low at the beginning of phase three. I have been eating some of my favorite things, still running four times a week, and of course enjoying Halloween candy. I run my 10k in a week and a half, so I am planning on staying on phase three until about a week after that so that I am making sure to get plenty of calories while my body is recovering from the race. After that, I will go back on phase one. I am so looking forward to seeing the numbers go down, especially as we get closer and closer to Thanksgiving.

Thanks for checking in, Nanscpa. Sounds like you are doing great and holding steady. Adding our new group member, Moonseer, too -- that makes 12 people checking in this week with a total of 5.3 pounds net loss for the week.

Nov. 8th Check-In
I'm down one pound from last Monday.

Have been switching back and forth between Phase 3 and Phase 1 this week, trying to get back down a couple more pounds to a low weight I saw during my last Phase 2, but not sticking very well to the plan. It has been frustrating.

I am going to switch to Phase 2 for a while until I get back to my low weight.

I am up .6 pounds since my last weigh in. I'm on Phase 3.

weekly weigh in
I haven't checked in for a while because I was on Phase 2 and cheating then on Phase 3 for 24 days going up and down some. Couldn't get all my workouts in because of work so I was feeling really lousy.

But - just had a week on Phase 1 and as of today, I am down a total of 4.8 pounds since this challenge started. Hopefully I'm back on track to get off ten pounds!

Down, now up.
Down .3 lbs from last week. Now up I go on Phase 3 as of today for one month. Way to go genak.

11/8/10 - Milestone!!
Down 3.8 pounds this week --- finally hit the 100 pound loss mark.
