Nov. 8 weigh in
Lost 3.6 lbs this week since last weigh in, which brings me back to my low weight. Did a phase 1 tune up after gaining 3.6 lbs. Back to phase 3 again.

Nov 8 weigh in
down .2 lb for this weigh in. That's ok since I was on vacation last week in Orlando to see the STS-133 launch which did not go up. Eating out for every meal sure makes it difficult. So I am happy with the loss.

11/8/2010 Weigh-In
Up 0.2 lbs since last Monday
(down total of 8.2 for new leaf challenge)
For past 7 days...
Weight Management Phase: 2
1497 average daily adjusted calories ('free' calories not included)
386 average daily calorie burn from logged exercise
I think the gain may be hormonal. tmi? Also think my calories may be too low... I will slowly increase them this week and try to get the average closer to 1600 (or maybe a little higher?)

Overall
I've lost 2.6 lbs since the start of the challenge. I know it's slow, but that's okay. I've bumped up my cardio adding Zumba several days a week. Really have my head into Phase 3 and know it will make a difference.

I am up .6 pounds since my last weigh in. Phase 3 stuff. Back onto Phase 1 tuneup on Nov 9.

Week Eight Totals
With 11 people checking in, net loss for the week was 13.3 pounds. That brings the total so far to 103.3 pounds.

Week Nine: November 15th Check-in
This week the scale was doing a roller coaster performance. Up 2 pounds, then down 4 pounds on a 3-day phase one tune-up. Then up two pounds after a day of wine tasting with plenty of cheese, chocolate, and bread to accompany the wine.
The upshot is I'm at the same weight I was last Monday morning.
Gonna stay on Phase 2 for a while and try to get down 2.8 pounds to my previous low weight.

I'm down half a pound from last week. Could have been better if I had tried harder but I'll take it.
