Week 10 Totals
We had 13 people checking in this week, with a net of 10.8 pounds lost. Good job, Ladies. That makes 125.9 pounds reported lost for the challenge as a whole so far. YAY!!

Post-Thanksgiving Check-in
I'm up 2.8 pounds after Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully the weight will come off as quickly as it went on. I definitely feel bloated...
Seems like it's time for a full week of Phase 1 going into the home stretch of the challenge.

Apres le Feast!
I am up 2.4 pounds from my last check in . Thanksgiving and Phase 3. Which is what it (Phase 3) is supposed to do). Phase 1 this morning and for the home stretch like Julie.

Down 1 lb this week, really kicked in the phase 3 over the weekend and I guess my body was hungry. Will bump up the cals this week some more.

Unexpectedly down 3 lbs. I don't how since I did enjoy Thanksgiving, but I won't complain about lany weight loss.

Down .1 lb. Pretty good since it was the holidays. Also, started walking 30 minutes on the days that I don't do Curves.

Post-Thanksgiving Weigh-In
on MONDAY I was UP 4.8 lb since previous Monday
4 straight days of travel and parties :)
Stats for those 7 days...
Weight Management Phase: 2 & 3
2249 average daily adjusted calories
537 average daily calorie burn from logged exercise
I have been doing Phase 1 calories since Monday morning (3 days) and planning to continue hi-phase1/low phase2 calories until I hit a new low. This morning I am already DOWN those 4.8 lbs and back to last Monday's weight. Hopefully will be at a new low by December 6!
