First of all, congrats on taking the first step of this journey! YOU CAN DO IT!!! It takes a lot of hard work & determination but take it a day at a time. Never look forward & think "tomorrow ..." just think of it today. I've lost 88 lbs & am still trying to lose 50 more. If I can do it anyone can! GL!

Great goal
It is a great goal to loose weight to get healthy. You can do it. I know this because (in the words of Lcy134) if I can do it anyone can. I lost a total of 230 pounds in 14 months. I feel so much better, and best of all I no longer take any medications for my heart. A few things that helped me was to start slow, be steady, be consistent, and eat healthy. The results will be well worth the effort. Good luck.

Stay Focused
Stay Focused I to need to lose over 100 and am in poor health I lost 33 and got stuck there for 2 weeks but STAYED FOCUSED and the scale is moving in a good direction again. I am not able to exercise very much as I have 2 total knee replacements and cervical spine issues but with the help of this program recording every meal helps to stay on track and its slow but with focus you can do it. God Bless and good luck.
