Is there a chart/tracker that shows based on my anticipated diet/activity how long or when I should reach my goal weight? Thanks!

No I don't think so, but set your goals about 2 lbs a week that is a good weight loss.

progress chart
Go to home tab under progress chart. Diet and activity change and no set formula to to give result. Progress chart is good to go by.
