Diet and Excercise
I've recently lost over 40 lbs thru diet & excercise but I now seem to be at a stand still. Still want to lose approximately 15 lbs. but no matter how much I seem to be trying it is not coming off. I do have a thyroid conditions but I had it checked & my levels are ok. Any suggestions?

The last few pounds are always the hardest. chances are your body has gotten used to the exercises you've been doing. Change up the exercises a little bit or maybe try something that you haven't had in your routine. Swimming has always helped me a lot, and you work pretty much every muscle in your body. Spinning classes can be very intense and you can burn up to 650 calories in one session.
