Do you think exercise is more effective for weight loss than diet?
I see many people lose weight through diet alone, but it seems that the exercise is what makes you keep it off. Some claim you must do both.

Any thoughts??

What is your method?<

Both
It's a combination of both. If I stop exercising, the weight will come back. When I was in that car accident, I wasn't able to exercise for quite awhile. I started to regain the weight I had loss. It had me really down for months. I was emotionally and physically drained. Once I got myself fully healed, I started back with working out and watching what I ate. The weight came back off. From my experience, it takes both diet and exercise. Especially when it comes to weight management.

Think of it as eating and training.

For me: ABSOLUTELY BOTH
My short answer is: both

But, really, it depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you want to lose weight in the fastest and most efficient way possible, then, yeah, you have to maintain a clean diet and exercise regularly. I lost over 20lbs in less than 90 days by eating clean at least 80% of the time and working out at least 6 days a week for 30 min a day. Talk about efficient...didn't have to spend 2 hours in the gym!

You can lose weight just by eating right. And you can lose weight by working out. But if you want to really maximize results and make your efforts worthwhile, "both" is the answer. I mean, at the end of the day, who really wants to take two steps forward and one step back?
