Just had some.
I use Six Star-Professional Strength Whey Protein-Elite Series. It's supposed to be superior to regular whey powder. It tastes like vanilla, but has sucralose which bothers my stomach, some people don't mind it. I got it at Walmart-not as expensive as some of the other brands. 26g's of protein per scoop.

The protein I use is 32g but the most important is the taste and does it mix well. The mega stores Wal-Mart, Costco, I don't like the taste of ther protein. I drink it every day and lots with just water.

At the same time you can take help of supplements, it will also help to increase your metabolism, which means burning more calories regularly even when at rest.

Hii!! okay quick question! So i started drinking 100% egg protein after my workouts. I just blend a scoop of the egg white protein with 8oz of coconut water, a banana and some ice and its really good BUT my question is will drinking the egg white protein make me build muscle mass. I'm a 20 year old female and i really dont want to get big im looking to get leaner muscle and more toned.. does anyone know a better after workout drink that will help me achieve that or is the egg white protein okay?? plleasee help :)

THANKS!

GNC Total Lean Ready to Drink
GNC Total Lean Ready to Drink Vanilla is my favorite. It is a little pricey (with their reward program I get an 11 oz. bottle for about $1.50. It is so convenient to grab and go, tastes great (reminds me of Carnation Instant Breakfast, but smoother). It has 25 g of protein, and only 6 g carbs and 6 g fat. 170 calories total. I also get good fruit flavored powdered packages to mix with water from mydietshopz.com. I usually get about 40 g of my protein daily from supplements, and it really helps me maintain my weight loss by filling me up with protein calories (especially when the thought of another serving of animal protein makes me want to throw up).
