Does cooked veggies have less nutrition?
Always keep baby carrots on hand for munching on. Tonight I decided to steam/boil some and started wondering if I should do that or not...unsure

some forms of cooking can help release the nutrients so they are easier for our bodies to utilize... all depends on the food and the cooking method. Each is different.

I believe the key to a healthy and balanced diet so you can get the best of every food is BALANCE. Some you can eat raw and some are best to eat cooked, when we cook out veggies it makes it easier for our body to digest them. According to studies from the Journal of Agriculture and food Chemistry, carrots, zucchini, broccoli preserve better their antioxidants when steamed but it can slightly decrease the amount of vitamin C but hat wouldn't be much of a problem since the main source are fruits and you eat those raw. So best thing for you to do is add variety to your diet eat raw and cooked veggies and fruits to your diet so you can get the best of them.

Food
I keep track of weight and nutrition, but sometimes I want to treat myself to something delicious. Today I went for lunch In Perth and tried a pasta with seafood. It was very tasty and high in calories, but I am happy and now I will often look into this wonderful institution.

Great post
As far as the students are concerned, health is very important. They should always be fit in order to excel in their studies. Students cannot perform well if they are physically unfit. They should do exercises or play games in order to ensure that they are doing something to stay healthy. They should eat healthily and keep away from fast foods. If students don’t get sufficient time to deal with their assignments writing tasks, they can buy essays online from professional essay writers and custom essay writing services. Buying essays will ensure that students get ample time to do exercises or play some games.
