Dumbells
If the work out calls for dumbell incline bench press 30lbs is 15 lbs each dumbell or 30 lbs each dumbell ?

It should be for each dumbbell - I wouldn't get too worried about the suggested weights though - the amount should be right for your level of fitness - not right for whomever made the plan.

I'm with ZenIX---do what feels right for you.... at this point I'm up to 12 lbs each dumbell. I do have a weight bar that is a total of 20 lbs that I use occasionally for other reps...
