Apparently no one else knows either
It's pretty uncool that no one's responded almost a year later. I can tell you that I kind of arbitrarily decided that I'd rank myself on a scale of one to ten of how much energy I have. I'm not even sure the scale goes up to ten. Maybe some current activity on this post will prompt someone else to answer!

RE: Energy Level?
Are you asking about the Exertion Level for cardio exercises? If so, you can view the explanation for it by clicking "Exertion" on the tracker page. Here is the listed explanation for Exertion Levels:
RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion and is based on a 10-point scale.
10 = extreme exertion -- conversation is impossible
8 = high effort -- conversation is extremely labored
6 = optimum effort -- conversation is difficult, but possible
4 = medium effort -- conversation is easy to maintain
2 = warm up
HR is your target heart rate, the rate at which you should achieve optimum physical gains.
NOTE: The HR range presented is an estimate based on your age and relative experience level. If you are an extremely well conditioned athlete, your ranges might be low. The RPE/HR range field is used for your personal exercise log only, so store the information that has meaning to your training.
