Entering Calories Burned
I use a heart rate monitor that give me a calorie burned. How do I enter this figure manually into my workout tracker.

Entering Calories Burned
At the moment the site cannot take manual calories burned entries. The best thing to do is to find an exercise and amount of time that matches the amount of calories you've burned and use it as a place holder. We're constantly working on adding new features to the site so stay tuned for updates.

Calculate per min ratio and divide it by actual and you get min to insert.
This is exactly what I do. It works just fine this way if you want to get as close as possible. For example, I burned 460 calories in 46 min on the eliptical machine. I set the incline higher and really set the resistance higher... So, when I plugged in time, it only calculated 360 or something. So if you take 460 and divide it by 6 calories per min. you get like 77... Even though I did not do that much, I want the calories to be tracked, so I placed that in the spot. :) There is always a way around limited features and this site is wonderful, so you can't ask for anything more!
