problem with workout tracker
I am having a terrible time figuring out how to use the workout program, I can't figure out what to do with each of all the sub-titles. All I want to do right now is use my treadmill, no elaborate plan. I finally (I think) posted what I did tonight but I can't find a plan to follow for just treadmill. Also what I submitted tonight shows no calories burnt. Maybe I'm not filling out the chart right. I know I didn't do anything with the column titled excertion ???? I like the site other than this, it is definately keeping me away from the kitchen cause I'm spending all my time trying to understand what I'm doing!!

Thank you for responding
Thank you very much for responding. But I must be doing some wrong, because I have searched for women workout in you search area and I have also put down in the draw down boxes Cardio and Strength Training Blend and Fit Click and still the workouts I am looking for is not there. Again, I'm looking for the Beginner, Advanced, and Intermediate Toning Workout for Women. Also, for grins and giggles I switched to the the Intermediate Strength Workout and the cardio portion of the workout it is still having dashes under the distance and time. I don't know if this is a glitch or what, but when I don't choose it for my new workout and look at the sample workout it has times and distances. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong. Again, I have been using Fit Click for 6 months and have lost 25 pounds on your program, so I really don't want to switch, but I'm kind of at a lost when the weight portion has way too heavy of weight cause the workout is meant for a man, and it gives me zeros under the cardio portion. Thanks in advance for your help.

not easy to use
I agree, I am not finding this easy to navigate. I wanted to delete a workout and start over and would like to do so without having to delete each exercise one by one.

Tracking Weight Training Progress
Will this program eventually, (or does it now), track your weight lifting progress in a graphical format like it tracks your body weight? Such as how much you were lifting last month in a particular exercise or body part and how much you are now lifting this month?

website slow
I have really liked fitclick. It has definitely helped me keep track of what I eat and my workouts. I try to keep it simple. I have a few workouts as favorites, easy run, easy ride, aerobics. Also with the meals, fitclick has a huge database and pretty much all the foods that I eat, or that I can guess pretty resembles what I ate. Navigation can be improved a little although I have not found it too complicated, especially compared to other fitness websites, this one seems the simplest. Really my beef with Fitclick is their website is so damn slow. I have tried to introduce other to Fitclick but they lose patience when trying to add a meal and the thing just won't come up. Please get more bandwidth...

Calories please on Workout Tracker page
Would it be possible to add the calories burned for each exercise to the actual workout tracker page?

If working out on a treadmill or elliptical machine, I often set caloric goals rather than time goals. It would be helpful to be able to adjust my time on the workout tracker page and immediately see the calories burned next to the exercise entered, rather than having to navigate to the "my home" page to see if the calories burned match up to what my machine said.

Would it be possible to have the workout tracker page emulate the diet tracker page by displaying calories burned for each exercise (like the calories displayed for each food entered) and then displaying total calories burned for that day? Navigating back to the "my home" page and the fitness tracker repeatedly to make sure I have the correct caloric burn isn't very user friendly.

Many thanks!
