Exercise calculations
Joined joined today. I really like the body weight per time on exercise feature to calculate calories burnt. Is there something that does a conversion on the reps if you are doing tabata, or weights?
Ie. 10 reps of bench press can take 30 seconds depending on your time under tension. If you are 200 lbs lifting 120 lbs for 3 sets of 10?

Tabata training
Go to your workout and fitness tab then go to exercises . In the search box type in Tabata and list of exercises will appear and choose the right one. I hope this helps!
