Exercise program for a student
Hi I'm a 21 year old student. I've been trying to lose weight and going to gym regularly for 3 years now, but I cannot seem to find the motivation and sometimes simply plain lazy. I would like to know of a healthy way to lose about 30 to 35 kg and also for it to fit with studying and socialising. How much time a day should I spend on exercising? I know 35 kg is a lot of weight to lose and I'm not expecting miracles and short term results. I need a plan, and some motivation to get going.

Been at this for years!
and still have no real advice. Just stay away from processed food, like BK MCD and others, lots of fat and salt calories, etc. Try to walk and do some calesthenics. It's hard b/c college has social pressures as much as academic!

When your feeling overwhelmed, it's easy to lose willpower. Choose a diet plan that fits your personality. Knowing this can help you lose weight. Losing weight only works if you stick with it so don't give up! Planning pays off. Track everything you eat each day. Get to moving. If you're already exercising switch up your routine. The bottom line is, whatever diet plan you choose, you have to burn up more calories that what you're taking in to lose weight. Good luck
