Exercise without
Ok so here's the go, i want to lose 55lb as quickly as possible but not too fast that it's unhealthy weight loss.
I've adjusted my diet and am walking every second day and cycling once sometimes twice a week.
My problem is that I want to do more at home but nearly all exercise plans that i find, excluding Pilates and Yoga, involve the use of equipment like dumbbells, weights and other bits that I don't have nor do I want.
Is there anyone here who can suggest things that I can do at home without the use of this equipment or with the substitute of household items???
Please help if you can.

Weights are so good for you they should be a part of your exercises. Weights build lean muscle tissue (your metabolism) and cardio burns fat. Then a monitored and balanced nutritional intake. That is how you will get to were you want to be.

Dumbbells are relatively inexpensive and a great way to build muscle. Lots of dumbbell circuit workouts out there.
