Exercise without weights, and dumbbells.
Hi, I need exercises that don't require any equipment at all, I have the leg raises , crunches, pushups and walking. Any more suggestions?

jump rope?
Not even a jump rope? You can burn over 1000 calories an hour jumping fast. I don't think anyone lasts that long, but it's maximum benefits in minimum time.
