Fat Burners
Everyone has an opinion on fat burners and whether or not they are effective. I'd like to share with everyone my measurable results while using T6 Fat Incineration and CLA softgels. Note my intention is not to advertise any of these products simply share with everyone my experiences whilst using them.

My experience with these products have been nothing but positive, I have had consistent fat loss and my muscle mass has also consistently increased (albeit slower). This was eating at a maintenance level. I regularly monitor my tape measurements and use rather expensive scales to measure stats such as fat mass, lean muscle mass, subcutaneous fat mass etc. So far I've lost 14 pounds since beginning with T6. I began using T6 around the start of December.

My nutrition over the Christmas and New Year period was lax (incredibly lax, actually!) but I continued to take T6. I have managed to drop almost 2% body fat and have maintained (in fact increased) my muscle mass (it was a small increase due to less resistance training) over the holiday period. Was this a fluke? Quite possibly. But then again it was consistent with my results before the period.

I plan to continue to use T6 and CLA and now drop my calorie intake to around 250-500 below my BMR. My opinion on T6 and CLA is simple: they work. And at the very least they provide you with a psychological boost knowing you've got a little help along the way.

Of course you must have an effective nutrition and exercise plan in place while using such products. They are not going to do all of the work for you. And if you do decide to take any of these products, ensure you keep yourself sufficiently hydrated. The importance of water in fat loss and in general health is widely overlooked.

We would all prefer a magic pill or weight loss powder that will take away our cravings and peel away those pounds. We are hoping there is some secret that has been eluding us, since every diet program and scary diet pills that make you feel jittery has failed. I've been training for 32 years and seen it all and heard it all, the only thing that works is a lifestyle change.
1) Nutrition: Ballanced and monitored nutritional intake. The ideal proportions for an active person, measured in calories is 15% protein, 60-65% carbohydrate, 20-25% fat.
2) Weight Training: About 25% of weight loss is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. Very important to train with weights for Women and Men.
3) Cardio: As a fat burner cardio activity is particulary effective if you can maintain the activity for a minimum of twenty minutes. Put it simple the are two sources of energy, sugar and fat. The sugar or glycogen is stored in the muscle and is the easiest form of energy to use. Fat requires more work to be used as energy and your body resist using it unless it runs out of sugar energy. You will deplete the glycogen in your muscles in about 10-15 minutes.
4)Stretching: Stretch when your muscle are warm ideally after cardio. Regular stretching helps maintain and improve flexibility. Avoid stretching cold muscles.

You cannot argue with results. I have experienced measurable results while using T6 and CLA and will continue to use them until I've reached my goal.

You have experienced measurable results by your custom fat burner #1 and #3 diet plans. I was impressed by the diet plan itself. Using anyone of the diet plans & training would produce the same results without using a fatburning pill. Yes, I read your post in its entirety. It looks like you have extensive knowledge of dietary nutrition? You must have a degree in nutrition as these plans are quiet complex & are designed to burn fat? I know you will have great results following your diet plans & training and reach your goals soon.
