I also like most of those mentioned above...especially Tom Venuto
Also, Callan Pinckney (creator of Callanetics), Bob Harper (biggest loser) and Rodney Yee (Abs Yoga is unbelievable)
Can't stand watching Billy Blanks...so I found an alternative to Tae Bo back when that was popular called Khi Bae with Silk Manning and that guy definitely motivated me (and made me sweat like crazy)...too bad I don't have VHS anymore...will have to see if they have a reissue on DVD...

The good ole' 90's tapes
My all time fav, Karen Voight. She is awesome, and is still at it.
Jody Whatley was an R&B vocalist in the early 90's she had a great workout video of all hip hop dance. It was a serious workout.
Kathy Smith was great, I had all her vids, and Denise Austin, too although she was really uncoordinated, and a total air head! HA!
Any Body Shaping episode on ESPN, that was how I started with weight training, back in the day, as they say...lol!
Oh and who could leave out RICHARD SIMMONS, he was the bomb or maybe the firecracker?

Your right he's great!
I just completed a 30 min workout with Gilad. He was able to help me do 30 mins what normally takes 45! This will be a great change up from my old routine maybe I can alternate between the two.
I can really feel the burn in my arms already! Oh and he's funny and entertaining. Thanks donnasim!!
