Favorite afternoon snack?
Like green tea and a handful of raw almonds. Keeps me going until dinner.

I also like to snack on popcorn. I usally grab a 100 calorie bag.

Sadly it's usually either caffeine or chocolate or both.
I will sometimes grab some nuts too, to eat with my coffee or chocolate.

For a grab n go snack I love Gnu Flavor and Fiber bars :)
