For Points or really find it helps?

The main reason I stay is for the trackers.

How about you? Points motivate many, I may be in this crowd now.

How many who are on here as "active" find the site helps them?

When i track (which is most of the time and is very time consuming) i find it does help me stay closer to my boundaries and i keep coming back for the support which is great

I LOVE the feedback
Especially yours, Cutcarb! There are so many like you who are knowledgeable about nutrition...I'm a follower. Plus I do enjoy the points

I started using this site for the trackers... I reached my goal weight with the help of the tools here and in the process earned points. Now I stay here on FitClick as part of my ongoing habits. I still use the trackers but I am not as dependent on them. I don't have to be quite so OCD about every little detail :) ... The biggest draw for me here daily is the "conversation" I have with the regulars. It is like a meeting place. I feel like I have really gotten to know some of you! :) I love that I learn new things from the community here and I like to give back by sharing what I am learning and what experience has taught me about the ins and outs of how to get the most out of FitClick :)

Points
I use FitClick mainly for tracking purposes. The points are motivational; I use the points as a challenge for myself; it helps me to stay on track by eating only health real foods. It does take some time to enter your information but aren’t’ you worth it?

Sometimes when I am not on here, I do think about you guys and I come back on. I am almost at the top ten spot, on the leaderboard. I am happy to be in such wonderful company! Thanks.

LOL!! "Thinking about my FitClick friends when I am not here" happens to me as well :) ... I find myself talking about my friends here in conversations with my "face-to-face" Pgh friends just as if you are all right here with me :)
