Fruit Fact
Remember, moderation!
How much fruit are we talking?
I don't worry about fruit carbs/sugars/calories because they are not empty. They profide significant nutrtional benefits.
If you are eating 5 servings of fruit a day, you are ok. If its 9+ it might be a problem.
However, are you eating fruit in place of other foods? So missing out on vegtables or whole grains? If so then yes, reduce your fruit.
However, if you are eating fruit as snacks instead of chips and candy bars, then stick to the fuit.
And I am assuming we are talking fresh fruit and not sweetened canned fruit.

Fiber
I like all types of berries, they have lots of fiber. Melon and apples as well. Just work them into your daily calorie intake.
