Frustrated
I weighed in today and was frustrated to see that I have gained 0.4 pounds since yesterday. I am following my diet to a T and have been doing well since I started almost 2 weeks ago. I don't know what has happened! Do I just have more resistant fat than everyone else? I am just a water gainer? What should I do.....I was really hoping to wake up again and see a little more weight shed. Hmmmm......

The best way to deal with unwanted flab begin a exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue (metabolism). Aerobic activity to burn off fat. Then a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake. Every pound you loose 25% is lean muscle tissue (metabolism). There will always be bumps on your journey good luck and keep going.

Weigh less often
I know this may be difficult, but try weighing in only once weekly. Our bodies change from day to day, and daily weigh-ins can lead to frustration and disappointment.

water
Zookie...it could just be you were more hydrated than the day before. Water can easily add an extra bit of weight on a day to day basis. I agree weighing about once a week should even out the rollercoaster weigh-ins. Maybe your sodium intake was higher and you retained a bit more water or was it a warmer day, so you may have drank more water than usual...etc. Don't give up hope, one thing I can guarantee, you will not lose weight every single day no matter how hard you try. Your body sometimes needs a few days to adjust...this is the dreaded plateau that you hear people talk about. Some last only a day or two, others can be stubborn and last weeks. It takes a long time to lose the weight because it took a long time to put it on. Good luck!
