Full Body Workout That Doesn't Involve Weights?
Hi all. I am brand new to this site. It seems pretty neat. I am just curious if there are any full body workouts here that do not involve weights or going to the gym. At the moment I have no weights, and I don't feel comfertable going to the gym. If anyone can help me out, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks (:

Here's what I'm doing
Check out these fab sites:

www.200squats.com
Essentially its a training program geared towards getting you to, well...100 pushups/200 situps/200squats. All three of these excercises work your whole body.
Also, trying find a yoga video to do alone at home.

Infrared sauna
I posted a message about the infrared sauna, which is suppose to make you loose 600 cal. per session of 30 min. without lifting a single finger...

I have tried a commercial unit
Not sure if I lost anything that day, but believe me I really enjoyed my session (20 min.) it took 10 min to heat u at the right temperature.

Canned Weights
You can use canned vegetables for your weights, no need to buy, at least not right away.

Just need you!
Body squats, lunges, pushups, sit-ups, and core training are all great exercises that only require you! A skipping rope is also a great, inexpensive cardio exercise that doesn't take over your house.

No weights needed!
three cardio workouts for as long as you can manage, whether that's 5 minutes, 10 minutes or more. It doesn't matter what up do...just get ur heart rate up a lil...this is no joke, I do this lil crazy thing before I shower lol...everyday. so it takes only about 7 to ten mins. I air box both arms...I do front leg kicks both legs....I do back kicks both legs...I do 100 jumpnjacks not perfect just as fast as possible. lastly I use the counter top and do modified push ups maybe 15 then shower....Noone even knows...hahah I hope this helps.Becca.

Body Weight Exercises
ready4size 4 hits most of the major body weight exercises. Add in dips, planks, crunches, pull ups on the edge of a table and regular brisk (3.5mph or faster) walks. Check out www.bodyweightculture.com for somemore exercises.
