General tone up required
Hi Guys, I'm new to this, but was just wondering if you had any advice for at home fitness. I was thinking about getting a running machine. I have twin boys 5yrs old and my husband and I are very active, so always out and a bout. IHave joined gyms before and done exercise classes, but never seem to stick to them! I thought if I had a running machine, then I would have no excuse even if I'm stuck in the house. I have got friends that run a lot for fitness, and they say it's the best thing you can do to lose a bit of weight and generally tone up. Any thoughts or other ideas?

running
Generally, I consider running to be a very advanced excersise - it isolates each leg and the pounding of your full weight on one leg at a time puts an enormous amount of pressure on your knees and ankles...not to mention lower back. Running is a very popular way to get into shape b/c it's accessible and b/c you see quick results - but for someone out of shape it's also one of the easiest ways to get injured. I don't recommend running as a way to lose weight if you are more than 20 lbs overweight - especially w/o building muscle in your legs and lower back first. If you don't have much to lose and feel like you are fairly fit then do running intervals (warmup w/ walking 3 mins, then run 1 min, walk 2 mins, run 1 min, walk 2 mins...and so on for 20 or 30 mins or however long you can go). Intervals are the best way to lose way and get your lungs in shape. I'd recommend brisk walking to lose weight, and squats, lunges, one-legged calf raises (you can do them on your stairs w/o weights), lying back extensions, and plank holds as starters for strength building. You could add some pushups too to get an upper body workout. All that you can do at home w/o any equipment.

To be honest, I don’t know how to explain this, but in the United Kingdom, the niche of casinos and gambling is not very developed (apart from sports betting). And as for me, this is very bad, because for me, as a lover of gambling, sometimes I really want to play some new casinos, but fortunately there is a live casino not on Leovegas Canada, which can be found at rallye-mitsubishi.ca
This casino is personally in my opinion one of the best in the United Kingdom. You should also play!

Markenson's own organic scalp treatment has become something of a web sensation; he says he's his own best customer and jokes that his sibling's (untreated) hair Short Curly Brazilian Remy Wig hasn't fared just as his. "We need to deal with the skin on our scalp in light of the fact that, over the long run, ecological pressure and maturing can make it debilitate, similarly as skin anyplace on the body does," he says. "That can leave our hair looking dull, level, and less lavish."
