late night binge
I use to eat 2-3 cups vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup=appx 900 cal late at night.
My dtr by accident found that a 1/2cup cool whip with unsweeten drained crush pineapple with a little power sugar=200-300k fixes my sweet tooth.
