Great Site!
I created an account for my son, so he can start a daily exercise routine, since he is in Varsity Basketball and wants to build muscle tone and a greater self asteem. He has the love and drive for basketball and loves playing when he can or when the coach plays him. Anways, I hope this site will help my son BHill improve his muscle tone and meet some basketball players as well as workout friends on here to maybe help guide him. I will follow his progress on here since he is under 18 and I will have to manage this for him.
I did set up what he can do on here for excercise since he only has a Iron Gym thing to work out with, he does have a bench and weights coming soon. so, he can further his exercise routine. I'am looking for feedback for my son on here anythign to help guide him and to raise his confident more. He is a Special Ed Student has a 95% average and is doing well in school. I want to keep this up for him as well during his Varsity years. He is in the 10th grade.

we have added a new feature called a "Watch List" in which you can allow other users to monitor your progress, or just keep track of how they exercise or how they eat.

This could be useful for you and your son, so that you can monitor his activity, and give him guidance.
