I think so
What I have heard is that it takes at least 9 bags per day to have measurable results in health. I drink lots :)

I always wish I could commit to drinking lots of tea - however, remembering to drink water is work enough for me. I always hear that green tea boosts metabolism for a short time, but I don't know if that is just a myth or not.
