HELP..Trying to find "Tofu Scrambler" by Fantastic Foods...
The ONLY store that I can find in my location that would sell Fantastic Foods products told me that they no longer sell the "Tofu Scrambler" due to Fantastic Foods no longer having it for sale on the on-line store. I went to the online store myself and could NOT find it either. Did a search for it and did find a link to the Fantastic Foods site concerning a description of the product...but that is all. There are a few other sites that seem to have it for sale...but am not looking to purchase it online. Plus, IF Fantastic Foods has discontinued the product what are the odds that the other places would actually still have it...not to mention if they do and I LIKE it...eventually those sites will sell out of it too and then I'll be totally bummed.
NOW, my question IS...is there a substitute product I can find to use in it's place for the FitClick recipe "Scrambled Tofu"...(though it is actually misspelled as "Scrambeled Tofu")
Any suggestions?

Tofu Scrambler Substitute
For some reason Tofu Scrambler goes in and out of fashion but Fantastic Foods never really discontinues it, so I don't think you need to worry about that. However, for a quick and easy substitute for Tofu Scrambler use this:
1 tsp tumeric
1-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (you can find this at your local health food store)
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to your own taste
If you're ambitious you can also grind up some oatmeal in your blender or coffee grinder and add that in as well for a closer Tofu Scrambler taste.
There was a period of 2 years when I couldn't find Tofu Scrambler anywhere and thought that Fantastic Foods had discontinued it but then one day it reappeared. In that two year period I used the above recipe with a little bit of olive oil to add more flavor.
