I totally understand
I do weight training and I know what you mean. The trick I think is to plan ahead and mix and match your meals up. For eg, if you are tired of having chicken and eggs, just swap with turkey steaks and fich for a week or so. Also, do you have quinoa? Its full of protein and makes a great change to brown rice. I am getting sick of it to be honest. Quinoa can be a bit bitter though, so make sure you wash it thoroughly and squeeze lemon on top after wards.

www.musclehack.com
Hey guys, check out www.musclehack.com. I followed the M.A.N.S. diet for my off-season this year. I gained a tremendous amount of muscle while staying lean.
Also do a Google search for "anabolic diet" or "anabolic diet meal plans". You should be able to find some great food lists.
You can also find some good recipes to go along with these plans at www.lowcarbdiets.about.com.
Remember to keep your fats high enough on your low-carb days but keep your carb-ups clean.
