Have you ever transferred VHS exercise tapes to DVD?
I am in the process of trying to do this to my VHS tapes recorded from TV exercise programs---hopefully I can figure it out!

I Borrowed proper machine to do this
Now to read those long directions... Hope fully this won't be too painful.... Yes I still have VHS taps but look forward to discarding them after they're transferred to DVDs
