Good Question
I first started eating healthy and exercising because I needed to improve my overall health. However, the by product of the healthy eating and exercise are the physical results. Now that my physical appearance is improving, it is motivating me to push on.

Physical Results.....Of Course
I definitely feel like physical results have the ability to keep me motivated to work harder and stay on track to achieving my goals. Physical results also are the only thing that informs the rest of the world how well you are doing. I mean good health can produce higher energy levels or better medical test results but for the most part people say you look really good since you lost weight not your heart rate is so impressive. So I'm heading for the smaller waisteline, trimmer thighs and flat tummy and as a result my risk for diabetes, Cardio vascular disease and high blood pressure are the positive byproducts.
