Healthy Snacks
I like strawberries halved with whipped cream cheese. It's sweet from the strawberries and the sour from the whipped cream cheese, so tasty.

Other than that I have no issues with fruits and veggie raw, cooked, grilled, anyway they come.

Healthy Snacks
Sugar free Jello and Pudding are always good. Or The Fudge pops with out added sugar. You can make an ice cream sandwich type thing by taking fat free graham crackers and lite cool whip and freezing it. That's very yummy as well. It's not super filling but it will get a sweat tooth craving taken care of.

For something filling, celery and pb or any kind of nuts. Healthy pop 97% fat free pop corn for those days you just feel the need to snack.

Healthy Snacks
I make fruit parfits with layers of fruit and YoPlus or Fiber One yogurt--low carb stuff. Sometimes I bake a number of sweet potatoes for a snack! Hummus or Laughing Cow Cheese and celery sticks r also good...

High protein fruits
I'm looking for summer fruits that are relatively low in carbs & are a good source of protein.
Any suggestions?

Snack Time
- Popcorn. Air-popped is best, but I do the 100 cal bags for work
- Celery & peanut butter
- Humus and Wheat Thins (Tribe's 40 Spices makes for a fun sweet and spicy combo)
- Low carb crackers (like Crisp Snax) and Laughing Cow Light Cheese
- String Cheese (I like Organic Stringles)
