Help!
I'm doing really slow with my weight loss. I have started classe and now I'm forgeting to exersice and I'm wanting to snack more to keep me focused. I don't know how I can do my classes and keep losing weight. My classes are online. So, you would think it would be easy to do. I'm proud that I'm doing this accomplishment but I'm forgetting about my other accomplishment. Its like last night, I was so focused in my reading in class that I forgot to eat dinner and I eat dinner at 10:00 pm. Not good, I felt really slugish this morning. I can't eat after 6:00 pm. I guess I'm so involved with my classes to where I don't know how to schdule everyday things around it. Do you think you may have some advise?

Help
Hi,
I workout early in the morning, and again in the evening. If something comes up in the evening though, I know that I got at least one workout in that day. It also helps if you are going to be away from home, to make meals to take with you. 3 cups of air popped popcorn is tasty, less than 200 calories and takes less time to eat than a candy bar.
My weightloss is slow, but I can see differences in how my clothes fit, so I try to focus on that when the scale doesn't tell me what I want.
Hope this helped

Hope this helps
Hi, plan your snacks. I suggest you pick a healthy bar with about 15-20 Carbs and 5-7 fat grams. I like Quaker Chewy Choc chunks. keep Almonds handy for munchies. use your low fat Yogurts.
Try make you drink choices fun. (non-alchol) with smothis of Raspbery tea and lemon.
Protein shakes in the morning save time.
Make your self stand and stretch. try todip your head down let the blood flow to it every two-three hours.
chop enough veges for couple of days to make salads a fast lunch and buy lean meat for sandwiches. Steam veges in frozen section help make quick meal.
Remember you are setting healthy choices for life.

Been there
Hey lovinglisa
I have been there, I am a mother of twin daughters, I work Full time as an accountant, I just finished School in May, and the biggest thing for me was finding the time to eat right- I was like you eating dinner at all hours of the night because everyday life was too busy---And I was putting such unhelathy things in my body--- over 5 years I gained 50lbs. So I finally had enough and made the choice that i was going to eat healthy or it was going to kill me ---- My first thing was cutting out soda, for me soda was a filler it made it easier not to have to think about eating--- I am soda free now, second i cut out fast food, fast food is convenient but there are so many options that you can do to eat healthier. Then I cut down to 1000 calories a day. I know what your thinking OMG 1000 calories is nothing but if you plan your meals and stick with it your eating a ton during the day and feeling great and your not hungry at night. Some simple things I do is on Sundays I prepare my meals for the week --- I buy lean lunchmeat (turkey for me) Aunt hatties Whole wheat bread (only 80 calories for 2 slices) oatmeal & cereal, Skim Milk, bananas, (any fruit really) Wasa bread crisps, Then I pack a bag for work, I take everything to work with me keep it in our fridge there, so when I get hungry i can just go and make it there. Even if I decide that the girls are going to get a treat and have happy meals I stick with a peice of grilled chicken. You can grill a package of chicken up ahead of time and just through it in the oven and heat it up quickly.. Basically you have to make yourself do it then after a while it becomes like 2nd nature. Good Luck :)

All forms of Sugar and sweeter BAD
I found that if I delete sugars totally from my food intake. The pounds fall right off. No sugars at all, this include artifial sugars too. The artifial ones are bad for you health anyhow.
Any sugar even in breads, jellies/jams, honey, fruits canned/jucie, all add wieght. So I avoid them.
Just not eating sugar I lost 11lbs in 2 weeks.

Juicer
I just bought a Breville juicer from Bed Bath & Beyond and love everything about it! Your able to get all the nutrients of any fruits and vegetables without the agony of sitting there and having to eat all your 'fruits and veggies'. I also bought "The Juicing Bible," from Barnes and Noble which has a bunch of great recipes. I'll have a whole cup, which is about 20 fl. oz of whichever juice for breakfast, along with a whole grain piece of toast.. and it's also great for dinner- just grill out a piece of chicken or meat of choice and have your juice along with it. You'll shed the pounds in no time! But don't forget exercise!
