Help on plugging in numbers for diet?
I am working with a dietitian and am wondering if there is anyway to plug in the numbers that she has given me to follow to figure out what I should be eating? the guild lines are 120 carbohydrates grams 40% of calories, protein 30 % of calories, fat 30% of calories, and then 1200 calories so I would get 6 starches 1 fruit 2 nonstarchy vegetables 9 oz of meat and 2 fats

You can adjust the percentages on the diet tracker. Only eat 1200 calories for a week, then up it to 1500.

Yep, click "edit targets" on the Diet Tracker and put in the desired ratios. 1144 is right about only staying at 1200 for a week!

Since I am a concrete pumping contractor from NorCal, I amy not be able to suggest the suitable diet that fits those requirements. But I have tried it here. Just click "edit targets" on the Diet Tracker and put in the desired ratios. See if it works.
