Help - trying to add my 33 minutes elliptical 310 calories
I cannot seem to figure out how to add my workout on the tracker. Can anyone help: I do 33 minutes on my Precor elliptical and burn between 300 and 310 calories each time according to the display on the machine. I use the weight loss program on it which continually changes the incline and resistance.

Don't forget to add Time and submit
Hi CSO200. Looks like you have successfully added the exercise to your workout tracker. Now, change zero, in the Actual Time column, to the number of minutes you performed, and submit.

Same problem
I have been searching around for a few days, trying to find instructions for this tracker. You say to change the actual time, but that is unclickable. How do you enter actual time or actual distance for workouts?

Save and Update then Submit
Always after entering your exercise hit the Save/Update button then the SUBMIT button will come up and hit it!!!
